Our Delhi Office is fully equipped and well versed with the system of smooth and expeditious clearance of cargo. Well-trained and experienced staff has been employed to attend the clearance of cargo as well as Customers. Through us you will come to know the proper status of your cargo from loading port to final destination time to time. We undertake complete co-ordination with your good office and customs authorities and ensure trouble free, smooth, cost effective clearance and dispatch of cargo to your plants or your desired place.

| Before above documents, a set of Non Negotiable documents (copy documents) will have to be send us for preparing the file and lodge the Bill of Entry in custom. |

| PRE – REQUESITE REQUIRMENTS |
| |

Custom Duty Draft as per our advice / communications at least two days before arrival of containers |

Bond will have to be signed on prescribed Performa of the shipping lines to move the container up to your plants obtaining delivery order, container charges, securities are to be paid in advance as per our actual. |

Shipping lines Inland Haulage Charges (IHC) as per actual are to be paid in advance. It will include freight from port of discharge to final destination. IHC charges of CONCOR it varies from shipping lines to shipping lines. |
| TRANSPORTATION |
It is on “to pay” basis as per actual. It can either be arranged by us or by your selves either for delivery at ICD for loading on Trucks or containers as such on Trailers, for which actual charges of the transporters shall have to be borne by your company. We can help in organizing this movement also to ensure safe delivery of cargo upto your plants.
For de-stuffing of containers at plants, arrangement of Labour, Forklift, Crane or Chain Pulley etc shall have to be made by you.
If containers are de-stuff at ICD and loaded on trucks/trailers labour charges, forklift charges and crane charges shall be payable extra advance. Incase of de-stuffing of containers at factory, if containers are damaged/ detained beyond permissible free days, necessary repairing charges/detention charges shall have to be paid to shipping lines as well as to transporters. |

| DAMMURGE & DETENTION CHARGES |
We are not responsible for any dammurge and detention that may charge on the containers after the laps of free time allowed by the concor and shipping lines after arrival of containers at ICD, due to late filing of IGM, late releasing of RR, Strikers,
Riots, Curfew, Absenteeism, Natural Climates, delay in the duties/ documents and other payments by you or any other reasons beyond out control. Concor allows only three days free time and shipping lines allows five to ten days free from date of arrival of containers at final destination. |

| SHORTAGE IN MATERIAL |
| Hence there are very low chances of shortage in cargo. If there will any we shall not be responsible for that. Delivery can be affected in presence of your representative, who can look or seal the containers at ICD before departure. In case of weighment of containers it’s charges will be in your account. |

| PAYMENT CONDITION |
| 100% advance payments along with original documents, duty draft, shipping line charges and other payments. |
